Scout: recorded live runs

Two real runs of Ratchet's research agents, recorded on 23 Oct 2026 UTC. Every model call went to Nemotron 3 Ultra on Nebius Token Factory and every search to Tavily. Replay one at its real pace.

Real, but not a distillation result. No trained student was running, so the teacher answered all of the model calls and the savings are 0%. These runs show Scout working end to end on live services. The adapter's measured scores are on its model card.
